Plot & Setting
The Therian Haven takes place in present times in an unknown location. There are two types of characters: the humans, and the therians. Therians are half-human, half-animal mutants that have dsitinct animal features in regard to their ability to shift into a single animal. These creatures have been prosecuted over the years for their abilities, and most have taken refuge in a magicly-protected location known as "Haven". However many refuse to join the village-like community, and therefore make their homes underground; "Away from Haven." To say all humans kill therians (more commonly known as half-bloods) would be a complete lie. There are, in fact, humans that accept Therians, in or out of Haven, and may even be guided into Haven by another Therian (however this is extremely rare).
